MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS BEGAN
Amuko began its manufacturing journey in 2004, focusing on developing strong production capabilities, skilled workmanship, and reliable quality control. Over time, the company strengthened its expertise in cutting, stitching, finishing, and production management, creating a solid foundation for future growth and international business.
Amuko Impex Is Founded
In 2017, Amuko Impex officially entered the export market and started serving international buyers with sportswear and gloves. This milestone expanded the company’s operations beyond local manufacturing and introduced a more structured approach to export documentation, production planning, quality standards, and overseas order fulfillment.
Hashmi & Sons: work & safety gloves
In 2021, the company further expanded its manufacturing setup by adding a dedicated production line for work and safety gloves. This development increased production capacity, broadened the product range, and allowed Amuko Impex to serve more international buyers across sports, industrial, and safety-related markets.

Every order moves through the same sequence — from cut fabric to a packed export carton. Photography for each station is supplied by Amuko Impex in high resolution.

Our dedicated manufacturing facility provides the infrastructure and working enviroment required for organized sportswear & gloves production.. The facility supports multiple production activities, material handling, workforce coordination, and order management, allowing our teams to maintain an efficient workflow from initial preparation through final fulfillment.
02 — Production Facility
Our organized production facility brings skilled teams and manufacturing activities together within a structured working environment. Dedicated production areas support smooth movement between different operations, efficient coordination among workers, and consistent execution of customized manufacturing requirements according to approved specifications.
03 — Cutting Department
Our cutting team transforms approved patterns and fabric layouts into accurately prepared garments & gloves components. Skilled operators carefully follow required measurements and cutting specifications to maintain consistent shapes, reduce material waste, and ensure properly prepared components are ready for subsequent production and assembly stages.
04 — Stitching Department
Skilled operators assemble gloves & garments components using professional sewing machines and controlled stitching techniques. Each operation is performed with careful attention to construction, seam alignment, proportions, and stitching consistency, helping produce garments with dependable durability, clean workmanship, and a professional overall finish.
05 — SCREEN PRINTING PROCESS
Our screen printing process delivers clean, durable graphics with consistent color and strong coverage. Each design is carefully prepared, screens are aligned precisely, and premium inks are applied to achieve sharp prints that maintain their appearance through repeated washing and everyday wear.
06 — Detailed Production
Detailed garment production requires careful handling, technical accuracy, and consistent workmanship at every stage. Our operators work with specialized equipment and production tools to complete intricate construction tasks while maintaining proper alignment, finishing quality, and consistency across customized orders and product requirements.
07 — Skilled Workforce
Our experienced production workers play an important role throughout every manufacturing order. Teams work collaboratively across different production areas, applying practical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to maintain efficient operations, consistent workmanship, and reliable production results for every order.

9 — Packing Department
Our production floor supports hands-on manufacturing, material handling, and product assembly throughout the order process. Skilled workers follow organized production procedures while managing materials and components carefully, helping maintain an efficient workflow and ensuring products progress smoothly through the required manufacturing stages.
10 — Warehouse & Finished Goods
Completed and packed products are organized within our finished-goods and storage area before dispatch. Proper arrangement helps maintain product condition, simplify order handling, and support accurate fulfillment while ensuring completed orders are prepared efficiently for international customers
